How much is one Magic Point worth?
1 Magic Point has a reward value of R1. For example, 50 Magic Points represents R50 in eligible reward value.
Is there a minimum number of points I need before redeeming?
Yes. You need a minimum balance of 20 Magic Points, equal to R20 in reward value, before you can make an eligible Magic Rewards redemption.
How many Magic Points do I earn?
Bronze members earn 2% back in Magic Points on qualifying purchases, Silver members earn 3% back, and Gold members earn 5% back.
How are the membership tiers calculated?
Your tier is based on qualifying spend during your 12-month rewards cycle. Bronze applies from R0 to R9,999, Silver from R10,000 to R24,999, and Gold from R25,000 and above.
What birthday reward will I receive?
Bronze members receive 20 Magic Points worth R20, Silver members receive 50 Magic Points worth R50, and Gold members receive 100 Magic Points worth R100, subject to birthday eligibility rules.
How does Refer a Friend work?
Refer a new Magic Clouds customer and earn 20 Magic Points worth R20 after the referred customer successfully completes their first qualifying purchase of R300 or more.
Do I earn the referral reward when my friend registers?
No. Registration alone does not qualify. The referred customer must successfully complete their first qualifying purchase of at least R300.
What happens if the referred order is cancelled or refunded?
Cancelled, refunded or returned orders do not qualify for the referral reward.
Do Magic Points expire?
Magic Points are subject to the current Magic Rewards validity and expiry rules. Any applicable expiry period will be communicated through the programme terms and your customer account.
Can Magic Points be exchanged for cash?
No. Magic Points cannot be exchanged or withdrawn as cash. They can only be used through eligible Magic Rewards redemption options.
